HOW TO BOOK
Check our availability and decide on your preferred choice of dates. It is advisable to include a second choice as well. Priority will be given to regular users and Bristol Schools.
Complete the booking form and return it to us online or by post. We will then confirm your allocated dates in writing. We will inform you immediately if your choice of dates is unavailable.
We will require a deposit to secure your booking. Please see 'Booking Conditions'for details.
Once your booking has been confirmed groups should then book off site activities with local providers. Please book early to avoid disappointment. If you would like us to arrange your timetable for you please speak to the manager.
Please do not forget to complete Residential School Trips Notification Forms and return them to Claire Leheup (Bristol schools only).
Groups are strongly advised to consider the necessity of arranging additional insurance cover eg, against personal accident and loss, damage or theft of belongings. Further information for Bristol Schools is available from Insurance Services. Tel 0117 9222416.
Nominal Rolls and catering details should be sent to the camp no later than two weeks before your visit.
An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent shortly after your visit.
A disabled toilet and shower are available at the centre. Please speak to the manager if you have any concerns regarding members of your group or to arrange a planning visit.
