HOW TO BOOK
- Decide on your preferred choice of dates from the list below. It is advisable to include a second choice as well. Priority will be given to Bristol schools and regular users.
- Complete your date request form and return it to the camp. You can do this online or download a copy to fill out and post.
- We will then confirm your allocated dates in writing and forward you a booking form, or advise you if your choice of dates is unavailable.
- We will require a non-returnable deposit of £25 per person for which you will be invoiced up to 12 weeks before your visit. This will confirm your booking and guarantee your places. On site activities such as Circus skills should also be booked at this time.
All the information required to plan your trip is found on our web site including information on the camp, local attractions, safety information, and tide times etc. Assistance with planning your stay is available from the centre manager who can offer example time tables, activity ideas and help with risk assessments and other Health and Safety issues.
- Nominal Rolls and catering details should be sent to the camp no later than one week before your visit (please notify the centre manager of any changes on arrival at the centre).
- An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent shortly after your visit.

Schools or other groups wishing to book outside of these allocated dates
should contact the
camp manager to discuss possibilities. Alternatives to a Monday to Friday visit are available.
