The admin page contains downloadable forms, information and on line forms that are of use to groups who have or are considering booking for the 2010 camp. All downloadable forms are in Adobe Acrobat format,you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print them. The reader is downloadable by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
Online Admin
It is also possible to send the information we require to the camp using on line forms, we will confirm receipt of your form with an email.
Request for dates
You can request dates for your visit to camp by using the online form
on the Bookings page, this page has more details
on how to book and what dates are available.
Catering Information
Catering Information must reach the camp at least 7 days before your arrival
date. This will ensure we can cater for any special dietary requirements
members of your group may have. Please note that packed lunches will be
provided each day and for your journey home.
Submit Information
Nominal Role
Your nominal role form should be handed in to the centre manager on
arrival with an accurate record of all those in your party. Forms can
be attached to an email in Word 2000 or below, Works, Wordperfect or RTF
formats.
